Account and Data Deletion Request

As per Google Play Store policies, users have the right to request the deletion of their personal data. However, because this is an official government service application, complete data deletion is subject to official administrative and record-keeping regulations of the Gujarat Home Guards.


How to Request Data Deletion:

  • Method 1 (In-App): If available, navigate to your Profile -> Settings -> "Request Account Deletion".
  • Method 2 (Email Request): Send an email from your registered email address to support@gujarathomeguard.gov.in with the subject line "Data Deletion Request - [Your Full Name & Badge Number]".

Note: Upon receiving a deletion request, we will process it within 30 days. Data essential for administrative, legal, payment, or security purposes may be retained as per the Government of Gujarat's official data retention policies.
